Taboo relationship...need advice...?

I am currently in a relationship where no one can know or it will jeopardize his job. Rumors are starting to get around about us. I'm trying to quell his concern by telling him that they are only rumors and they have no evidence..but he really is worried. I really care for and love him and I know that he feels the same..I care for him so much I will let him go to save face for his job..Should I do that or try to work through it?Taboo relationship...need advice...?
The only reason it would be taboo is if he is married. If you work there too, maybe you need to find another place to work.


But there might be more to this ';taboo'; thing than you know. Maybe his wife or wife's family owns the business?Taboo relationship...need advice...?
i think that you should suggest you guys take a break until the rumors die down. let him know you arent ready to break it off (im assuming you still wnat to be together) but also let him know that you want him to love his work and not have to be ashamed everytime he walks in the door.
Why is it taboo? Is he married? Do you work together?

If you are in a relationship that nobody can know about then its wrong anyway. Break it off, save his job and take care of yourself in future. Love is no excuse to be rolling in the gutter morally!
