Can someone please help me?! I need relationship advice....!?

Okay here goes....





I have really liked this guy for ages (lets call him Fred) and I was about to make a move and tell him how I feel when I found out that my best mate (lets call her Susan) really liked him too!





She told me that she had been chatting to him online and had already made her move and told him how she felt!





I didn't tell her my feelings....





However, about a month or so before, Fred had fallen for this complete slut at our school (lets call her Rachel). She used him, lead him on, 2-timed him and then threw him away. So now feels really vulnerable and unsure about relationships......





anyway, turns out that Susan had been out on a few 'dates' with Fred. When I asked her what she did at the weekend she would say ''hmm not much'' and just leave it at that and change the subject.


A week or so later she told me she had been lying to me and that she had been out with Fred. This annoyed me a bit cause shes my best friend and we share most things and I was hurt that she couldn't tell me about this. But I forgave her.


She told me that nothing happened between the 2 of them and that he had told her she was a friend to him and nothing else.


This was true as I asked him how he felt about Susan and he told me 'shes just a mate'.





So I jumped in. I didn't quite have the guts to tell him face to face so I emailed him. Told him how I felt and asking him how he felt.


He replied saying he liked me as a friend as nothing else. I wasn't that gutted.





A couple weeks later, Fred and Susan went out again together (she told me about this trip ;) )


Fred told Susan he now had feelings for her. 'Love' feelings.





Fred asked me on MSN what he should do about it. I found this a little tough but accepted my position and told him he should ask Susan out. He said he was nervous as he didnt want to be rejected. I told him it was fine and that she totally liked him.





He obviously was worried about 'asking' and delayed it.


But i told Susan his plans and that she should just wait and give him time.








BUT





now Susan is being a little bit like the slut Rachel.


Shes saying if he only likes her a little then theres no point going out with him. But then the next day shes all over him, then shes not......





and I think she has an idea that I like him and shes kinda rubbing it in my face........





anyway





Should I tell her that shes being a little bit of a ***** and tell her how I feel about Fred?





or





Just keep quite and see how their relationship goes and maybe he'll see her true colours?





Any other suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

hey. i have had a situation like this were me and my best friend like someone and then my best friend gets the guy. its very hard when this happens because you want him for yourself but you cant have him. my suggestion would be to see how their relationship goes because most likely they wont work out. when this happened to me my friend and the guy didnt work out and then he came to me. so i hope everything workss out for youu.

well if you let him see her true color then he will probably act different and maybe go out with you. But if you tell her about how Fred fells she might fell sorry or not. If shes being a slut let her him see her true colors and make take what she deserves.
